Homecoming is a time when alumni, family and friends come back to the Plains to relive that War Eagle Spirit. From all of us at the Alumni Association, we hope you'll stop by and give us your best, “War Eagle” while you are in town. Following are some of the annual homecoming activities.

Omicron Delta Kappa (ODK) National Leadership Honor Society sponsors several annual events related to Homecoming. These include (1) the ODK Cake Race, (2) the Homecoming Float Competition, (3) a reception for the Top 5 Miss Homecoming Candidates and their families, and (4) the Miss Homecoming halftime ceremony.

The ODK cake race is one of Auburn 's oldest traditions, having started in 1928. It is run every year on the Wednesday afternoon before the Homecoming weekend. The Homecoming float competition and parade is run on Friday of Homecoming weekend.

Join Auburn University students, faculty, staff, community members, fans and alumni in a long standing tradition. The Homecoming Pep Rally is a great way to get in the Auburn spirit and prepare for the big game. The Pep Rally will be held the Friday night before the homecoming football game. Come show your tiger pride and enjoy the fun with Aubie, the Auburn University Cheerleaders, the Auburn University Marching Band, and many more! Be sure to wear your orange and blue. The AU National Pan-Hellenic Council hosts its annual homecoming stepshow on Friday night before the homecoming game. The Office of Greek Life will coordinate the ticket sales out of 356 Foy Student Union. The event is open to the public and reserved seating is available for members of NPHC organizations.
