Association InformationWe are a member-based (501c3) organization funded by membership dues, individual donations and corporate sponsorships/affinity program partners. We have a staff of 20 employees and at any given time we might have a handful of students/interns working with our team.
Our ProgramsAnnually, our alumni programs include activities to engage our alumni, re-unite them, and cultivate them for future support. Such programs are geared to alumni of all ages and include (but are not limited to) a Student Alumni Association, a Young Alumni program, a travel program, Homecoming, Reunions (Golden Eagles), Game-day Hospitality Tent Festivities, Awards and Recognition Events for outstanding Alumni, Business Partner programs which offer financial savings and reward programs to alumni, minority alumni events and a Scholarship Program. We also manage a national Auburn Club program which allows alumni throughout the nation to network and socialize with other grads; clubs raise scholarship dollars for students meeting criteria of the clubs choosing. In 2005-6, our clubs raised and awarded over $150,000 in scholarship support for Auburn University students.
Demographics of an Auburn AlumnusThe average age of an Auburn Alumni Association member is 46. Our average Lifetime Member is 49 years old.
Auburn grads cover our nation and beyond! When broken down by region, we have alums sharing our spirit everywhere. (Up-to-date as of 10/1/07)
