What made you choose to come to Auburn?
Many Elements influenced my decision. First, my dad is an alum, so I have always been connected to the tiger spirit. When I finally visit AU my junior year, I was impressed by how friendly and welcoming everyone was. Receiving an invitation to join the Honors college and subsequent scholarships cemented my decision.

How has receiving the Alumni Scholarship impacted your life? The Alumni Scholarship has made it possible for me to come to Auburn without the worry of whether my family and I can afford my education my freshman year.

What has been your best experience at Auburn so far? I have been very blessed with many genuine friends. Getting plugged in with Lakeview Baptist Church College Ministry has been a great experience.

What would you say to a high school student from your area who is considering coming to Auburn University? For someone who wants to go to a large university in a college town where they would get a great education, it would be perfect. Auburn has strong academics, great teachers, and small class sizes. For a conservative student especially, the environment is ideal.
